TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Overview. UNASHAMED runs this website at unashamedr116.com. Using the site or buying from us means you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility. To buy from us, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Products. All products are printed on demand. Colors may look slightly different from what you see on your screen. Print placement and sizing can vary a little from piece to piece. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing and payment. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example one with a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we’ll fully refund any order we cancel. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Our Refund Policy explains how we help with lost or damaged packages.
6. Intellectual property. All UNASHAMED designs, artwork, logos, photos and site content belong to UNASHAMED. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.
7. Reviews and comments. Anything you post on the site or send us must not be unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may use it, edit it or remove it.
8. Prohibited use. Don’t use the site for anything illegal, to violate anyone’s rights, to upload malicious code, or to scrape or copy our designs.
9. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties except those stated in our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, UNASHAMED’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
11. Indemnification. You agree to cover UNASHAMED’s costs from any claim caused by your breaking these terms or misusing the site.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
